The overall experience was good, the only issue that we had was that no one from Auto Transport notified us when the carrier was going to pick up the vehicles and who the carrier was going to be. When i tried to call customer service i was on hold as the first caller in line for five minutes. In the mean time the original carrier cancelled my order and took another job with out notifying me. Auto transport was able to find another carrier on Monday to ship our cars to Florida and the driver that they found was very obliging with meeting our schedule.
