We understand the mishap with the driver not showing up to pickup the vehicle on the 20th and reasons will be provided. First, the driver that was assigned to pickup the vehicle informed the cusotmer that he would only be avaiable to pickup within the hours of 6-8pm and the customer was screaming at the driver telling him to pickup at 9am. Drivers have a schedule to run due to having other vehicles to pickup and deliver. Now, 24hrs before scheduled pickup we informed the customer that the driver will be there between 6-8pm and he agreed, if not, we would have rescheduled the pickup with a different driver. Second, we did not charge the customer the deposit since vehicle was not picked up and were willing to discount $100 off price for the inconvinience. Finally, we told teh customer that at least 1 week is needed inorder to pickup the vehicle and he knew this upfront otherwise wouldve never booked. For those reading this, note that we ARE in fact a trustworthy company who has shipped over 75,000 vehicles so far this year and will continue to satisfy customers in a professional manner. Also note that every person cannot be 110% satisfied and that theres no company out there with all positive reviews, however, we will go the extra mile to get the job done!
