Refuses to return down payment of 200.00

I planned on shipping my car from Hawaii to Illinois but decided to sell the car instead. Lighthouse (Charles was my contact person) charged my credit card $200.00 as a down payment for the shipping the day I scheduled but when I cancelled the shipping I contacted Lighthouse 3 times by phone and email before I received a response from Charles stating he would "let billing know" in a manner that was unprofessional and rude. A month went by and there was still no credit applied to my card. I phoned again and left a message but have yet to receive a return phone call. I have since disputed the charge on my credit card and am awaiting my refund. Sidenote: Matson Navigation was to ship my car to the west coast and lighthouse from the west coast to Illinois. Matson received a 970.00 payment which they PROMPTLY returned when I cancelled my shipping.

Deborah was already refunded. She took her vehicle to Matson to transport her car extremely dirty that they wouldn't accept it. All our requirements for shipping out of Hawaii or too Hawaii are on our website. Not only that but we also gave her a good price.
