Overcharge. Would not discuss refunding it.

I was very specific in discussing contract, and in notations made on written contract, that I was leaving the country. The vehicle was to be delivered to a third person. The amount was set, and deposit made. Remainder to be COD. Pickup date to be made upon notice from dealer that vehicle ready. Multiple messages left with them that vehicle ready, no replys made. Finally date set. No pick up. When finally picked up, excuses for delaying delivery. Upon delivery to my third party, added additional $60 fee. Paid. Many emails and phone calls later, no response from Crossroads. NEVER notified of change in contract amount.
ADDENDUM: Following publication of my review Crossroads contacted me, asking if I will remove my negative review IF they refunded the $60 overcharge. They called back a few days later to see if I had removed the review. I told them I had not received the overcharge refund, although it was promised to have been immediately refunded to my charge card. IT HAS STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED, in spite of two emails reminding them.
