False Claims of Insurance and Zero Culpability

Truck It Transport makes a promise on their website that your vehicle will be insured. In my experience that was a flat out lie. Not only was my vehicle, which was damaged by their dodgy drivers, not insured but no one at Truck It will take responsibility. Truck It Transport has two duties to you as a customer, to book your shipment and thoroughly vet the liability, legal standing and reputation of the haulers they choose for your shipment. They failed in both categories. My shipment arrived late, after 11pm, from a driver that I was unable to contact because they allegedly broke their phone. When they arrived the phone worked just fine. They said they would arrive at 7pm, while the sun was up, but waited until it was well dark with zero contact before the drop. The truck arrived and they refused to pull into a well lit lot to unload as previously agreed upon, instead unloading in the pitch dark of a busy street despite my protest. The driver's young son drove my car off the hauler, and left it there running in traffic. I repeat, a KID unloaded my BMW. I hurriedly moved it onto a side street and prepared to inspect the vehicle and make a payment, but the lighting was terrible. Then the kid came out with a BASEBALL BAT as I was counting the cash and they sped off quickly. Of course, there was damage. My BMW M5 bumper was shattered. The trucker refuses to respond, their insurance company will not comply and will not even acknowledge them as being covered, and Truck It Transport will do NOTHING about it. They refuse any responsibility despite the legal chain of culpability, and continually brush me off onto the non-responsive driver (Montey's Express aka XPRESS Transport Inc., - crooks). This could have easily been solved had XPRESS Transport just admitted fault and not charged me for the service, the $ amount would have been the same as an insurance payment, but they are criminals, and so are Truck It Transport. They don't care what happens to your car once the charge clears and don't assume they are even insuring it, because they are not.

We are truly sorry this customer had a bad experience, seems even after 6 months after transport and multiple previous bad reviews, his threats he told us are true of slandering us all over the internet till death do us part. We spoke with the carrier when this happened in great detail, and have a completely different side of the story in which the carrier basically called this customer crazy. There is not enough detail to go into this, and I would rather not. But what I will say that the bat, was not a bat, but a tire checker. The grown up kid, was doing an inspection on the truck/trailer as the other adult was delivering your vehicle to you. For when deliveries are made at night, I advise using a tool, called a flashlight. This way you can mark damage on the inspection report before signing, so that the insurance company can actually file a claim. THE FIRST THING A INSURANCE COMPANY WILL DO IS ASK FOR YOUR BILL OF LADING FOR PROOF THAT THERE WAS DAMAGE, THEN THEY WILL MATCH IT UP WITH THE CARRIERS AND START THE CLAIM FROM THERE. WHEN YOU MARK NO DAMAGE, SIMPLY PUT, THERE IS NO CLAIM. This allows the insurance company not get scammed by the thousands of scam artists out there. Unfortunately, there will be customers who sign no damage, and there actually might of been the next day, but that would be the fault of the customer for signing off no damage Hopefully you understand!! I appreciate your feedback, again! WORD OF ADVICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS....... PLEASE DO PROPER INSPECTION REPORTS AT DELIVERY. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR BROKER IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES. WHEN WE HAVE NO COMMUNICATION, WE ASSUME ALL IS GOOD! THANK YOU
