Received a quote from company and agreed on a price. After waiting over a week, a truck was assigned with a pickup date about 6 days later. Date of pickup I was notified that the truck broke down and they had to cancel. But lucky for us there was another truck in the area that could pick the vehicle up and make the delivery, BUT THEY WANTED 200 DOLLARS MORE. It is amazing that for about two weeks they could not find a truck, but within 2 hours they found another one.

IF THAT WAS NOT A BAIT AND SWITCH I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. We contacted the dispatcher and he was the most rude person we have ever dealt with. He called out customer and told them it was our companies fault that the delivery did not take place, etc.

What he did not know was when we talked to him our customer was on the line listening......
