Graham at AmeriFreight worked hard to keep my original quote but he only had a week to coordinate the right deal to ship both of my cars from California to Missouri. Not only did he make the deal work slightly above the original quote, he provided the best customer service by updating me with multiple options. Sure, we always have alternative choices out there but if your situation was like mine (2 cars, long distance and last minute), you have to make an informed decision based on (1) decent reviews, (2) good customer service and (3) reasonable pricing. Well, all three criteria when working with Graham, exceeded expectations. Also, David at Exit 15 (the carrier), picked up and dropped off my cars ahead of schedule and communicated with me throughout the entire transport. And Jenny at Exit 15 was both cordial and relatable when I called to confirm my pick up. At the end of the day, it only matters if you are confident with the broker and the carrier you engage; and ultimately, that your cars are delivered safely, on time and without issue. I'd totally use both partners, especially AmeriFreight for future transportation. Thanks everyone!
