David went above and beyond!! I was so nervous about shipping my son's vehicle completely across the country. He made the process go very smoothly from start to finish. Many other companies I called where the same people answering the phone for several different numbers and names!( RED FLAG!)!!! When I called David, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the route my vehicle needed. He explained the entire process to me so I could understand. Within a week he was calling with a truck to transport it. BTW A BIG PLUS IS YOU DONT PAY YOUR DEPOSIT UNTIL ITS SCHEDULED FOR PICKUP! It was picked up the next day by a professional and courteous driver. Whenever I had a question or problem getting in touch with the driver, David was right there to make calls and inform me of the status. The vehicle arrived and after a few missed schedule deliveries due to the drivers schedule and my sons schedule, the vehicle was delivered. It did arrive dirty with the expected road grime but other than that it was exactly as it was when it was loaded. I couldn't be happier with the overall process and will be using them again! I researched for 2 weeks and Amerifreight kept popping up as the best carrier out there. I finally just said "LET'S DO IT!" I am so glad I did! Don't waste time researching every site like I did and give them a call! YOU WONT BE SORRY YOU DID! With both my children in the military you can bet I WILL be calling David again for the next move! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING AMERIFREIGHT! BRAVO ZULU!!!
