My daughter was moving from Chicago to LA, but her car was in Memphis and needed to be in LA in 7-10 days. Contracted Amerifreight based on BBB rating and other customer reviews. I received a quick quote based on my timing needs. After deciding to use Direct, I was called by the agent who said a truck was in the area and would pick up the vehicle the next day. The next day the transporter arrived on time, loaded up the car, and informed me he would be in LA in a week. During the week, I received 2 or 3 calls from my customer service agent Amerifrieght to answer any of my questions or concerns as the car was being transported. Car arrived in LA on schedule. Very satisfied with the service I received from Amerifreight.
