Lance was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any time shipping vehicles you must understand you are at the mercy of the transporters. The brokers can only hope for the best when locating a driver for you. If they screen their transport companies, that is a plus but it still a roll of the dice. The broker may do a great job setting up a carrier but after that, it's pretty much you and the driver of the truck. Times of pick-up and delivery are approximate, and mine varied up to 12 hours. Again, not the broker's fault but something you had better be prepared to deal with.
