To sum up:
- I own a boarding stable.
- A horse owner paid to board their horse at my stable
- The horse had to be transported from Canada
- The horse was scheduled to be here September 1
- I kept inquiring about the arrival date and to do what what necessary to have a smooth transition
- The owner kept being put off regarding the arrival date
- September 18th rolls around. I'm on my day off. I get a text late in the day demanding that I text directions to the driver. I have nothing prepped for the arrival of this horse.
- I'm told the horse is going to arrive around 9:00 PM, then I'm told the horse will be dropped off at about 1:00 AM.
- I said I would accept the horse at 7:00 AM the next morning.
- No horse at 7:00 AM.
- I get a message at 9:00 AM stating that the horse was dropped off at somebody's house in Fort Collins, approximately 1.5 hours away.
- Elliot transport disappears into the night with no regard for anybody but themselves and no regard for the VS issue occurring in Colorado right now.
- The owner goes up to see the horse where Elliot Transport dropped it off and found the horse to be under weight.
Elliot Transport had weeks in advance to get directions to my facility and to make arrangements for the delivery of the horse. Their communication is similar to talking with the dry wall. They just do what they want on their terms and the hell with everybody else, especially the hell with the horse, and everything else they have going on.

I believe that the person running this company and doing the driving has some type of mental illness going on. I've been in the horse business 35 years and have never come across a hauling company that is this narcissistic.
