I recently used Ship A Car Direct to ship my 2001 BMW Z3 from Colorado to central NY and was very pleased with the service, communication and results. My contact at Ship A Car Direct was Dale and he was excellent. Answered all my questions. Put me at ease about turning over my car to someone I'd never met. Dale even helped me decide to ship the car on an open truck rather than in an enclosed container. He kept in touch with me throughout the process. I was never left in the dark about anything.

The car was picked up as scheduled. The driver, Bruce with DeWick Transport, was equally good at staying in touch and letting me know the status of everything. He had a little truck touble which delayed the delivery; however, I was flexible with the timeframe anyway so this didn't bother me. The car was delivered to my parent's home in NY. Bruce stayed in touch with them, set up a delivery that met their schedules, and dropped the car off in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend both Ship A Car Direct and DeWick Transport!!!
