Terrible mistake! Contact shipping Co Direct

Many years ago I shipped my car with Golden Key Express and it went 100% perfectly. On this latest move time was short so I went through this broker and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. The shipper showed up at 10pm and called me for pickup. We ended up meeting in the middle of a busy road because he can't drive into a neighborhood and loaded my car. Fine, it's gone.
Arrival is when the magic started with Ground Force One and their terrible service. I got a call on my cell at 7am that the car alarm wouldn't stop at the delivery location. They didn't have my remote fob so the alarm went off endlessly and they ended up disconnecting my battery to get it to stop. Fine. When I finally arrived in VA I found my car had major dents and damage due to their poor loading and shipping practices. I didn't pursue damage claims since I don't have the time nor energy to deal with these clowns.

Summary: just go through a shipping company and don't be cheap! You get what you pay for.

Ship A Car Direct will just take their cut and not care a bit about the bad carrier they assign
