This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I did quite a bit of research. I initially agreed to have a Chevy SSR shipped from Colorado to Kentucky with a different carrier that turned out to be not very "Reliable". Long story short, I became tired of the unanswered phone calls and voice mails and decided to contact Passport Transport. I spoke with John Scharff on a Friday and the vehicle was picked up the following Tuesday. It arrived only two days after that. Also, the driver was in contact so I would be prepared for pick up and delivery. I will absolutely use Passport in the future and will highly recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. The customer service and professionalism exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you John and everyone at Passport!
