When Mr Newton arrived to put the car on the trailer I knew it would not start but had no idea that the brakes were not working.(It had been parked in a garage for some time. This made it extremely difficult and dangerous to get the car out of the garage and onto the street. Mr. Newton figured it out and stayed extra time with us to make sure the vehicle was alright before it was secured on his trailer. He was the ultimate professional and VERY personable.

He called an hour earlier in order confirm the time he was to come and he was right on time! He went the extra mile for me and I think that is what every consumer hopes for. I highly recommend East West Auto Transport because of Mr Newton's skill and professionalism.

In addition, East West Auto Transport was the FIRST company to contact me when I sent out an inquiry e-mail for the transport! Mr Allen Perry, the president, sent me several confirming e-mails and made calls to confirm the time and the cost. He was also very professional and prompt.
