The agent who called me from ExceptionalAutoTransport promised me that they can pick up my car for shipping on a date which was perfect for me. Based on their promise, I signed agreement with them to ship my car. But no one called or came to pick my car on that day. I tried calling them and waited for 2 more days, and still no one came. Next day, they called me and told they have a truck available for transporting my car, but I have to pay more for that. Since that amount was affordable for me, I again signed a new contract with them for the new rate. After signing the contract I was given the truck driver’s number. When I called the truck driver, he told he won’t be able to come and pick up my car in evening time when I was available. So he told he cannot take this order, and asked me to call ExceptionalAutoTransport and tell them about it. I wanted my car transported soon, and since it was taking so long, I called ExceptionalAutoTransport and told them to cancel my contract/order. And in phone, they agreed for that. But the money which I paid while signing the contract was never returned.

Basically, for the amount I paid, the service they gave me was a truck driver’s contact who was not ready to come and pick up my car when I was available at home, and also they wasted my 3 days waiting for their response. And since you’ve signed contract you’ll lose all your money you paid.

My advise to customers is that, Please go through all points in the contract clearly before signing it. Read the contract again and again before signing it so that you can make sure you will get the correct service for your money.
