This was the first time I have used a transport service to transport a vehicle. I was being transferred and needed to move my vehicle half way across the states in a small time window. I contacted AmeriFreight and spoke with Jordan first who explained the process and how everything works and gave me a quote. I was then reassigned to Graham who worked with me in getting a date for pick-up. This was the tricky part, because somewhere along the way, the dates got confused and instead of needing a pick-up later, I needed one earlier. Graham worked diligently to procure a driver in a very short time (1-2 days). I did have to pay a little bit more, but it was worth it in the end because I was able to have some piece of mind of knowing it was in good hands. I had my vehicle picked up on a Thursday and took delivery that Sunday. The drivers were in contact with me the whole way and were early in pickup and delivery which was great since I needed the second vehicle right away. All is all it was a very pleasant experience and I would do it again and recommend AmeriFreight.
