Unprofessional service

After signing a contract for door to door service to transport my car, I was notified the next day by the rep that additional fees were required because they were unable to truly provide door to door service. I instructed him to cancel the contract. But, he delayed my request to cancel immediately and now the company refused to return my deposit. Lots of wasted energy and time. We are now having to seek litigation to get our money back as a matter of principle. What a disappointment this company is !

FULL REFUND was given to customer. 7 Star tried to find a carrier for the lowest cost possible, after several days only one carrier was willing to move vehicle for $50 more than quoted price. 7 Star dispatched Abraham Express, LLC after consulting with customer. But customer decided after to cancel instead, not willing to pay the additional fee. Order was cancelled and full refund was made. Customer said he was going to remove bad rating, but never did.
