The agent was very honest and clearly explained the cut that they would make out of this. They also explained what the risks were with the price I quoted. Since I quoted lower than what was asked for my pickup was not arranged in advance. I received a call in the morning saying a truck was available later afternoon.
Overall I received very good service.
