When Nicole Matthews from First Rate Auto originally contacted me, I was very pleased to hear a friendly voice among some of their other competitors in this industry. I asked her to email me and I would call her when I purchased my vehicle. I was looking into an auction so I know I had a pretty tight time-frame to get it picked up while avoiding storage fees. After booking with her, she had an available carrier for the day after it became available and it was delivered after a week or so. Thank you so much for your hard work Nicole. You were great to deal with and I will look forward to working with you again.
