They can't find carrier two days before the due date

We are moving from NJ to TX. We are told many times that they were looking for carriers. However, two days before my flight, they still can't find carriers.

They should tell us more information way before that. For example, making the pickup winder larger.

They just loose our precious time.

So sorry you were unconvenienced, Tony. Timing in the transport industry is not like it is for other services, and we apologize that we weren't more clear about that. Unlike like reserving a plane seat, there are no pre-set schedules that we can confirm in advance - no matter how much notice you give us. Carrier schedules vary from week to week and can only confirm within a day or two of pick-up. It's best to have a wide window of availability and/or a friend who can hold your vehicle for the carrier so you can catch your plane.
