DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely, by far, the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with... Never contacted me with changes to the schedule. They also lost some of my items included in the move, detailed on the contract, and it took them over 4 weeks to "search" their warehouse to tell me they couldn't find the items. Oh, I also had the joy of leaving over 20 messages over the course of one week before I was even able to get a hold of anyone, and that was after they said they'd contact me within 24 hours. And that was only by calling them 10 times in row before anyone answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR STUFF. They will lose items and those they do not lose will most likely be damaged, if not destroyed. I should have done more research but I did not take the time. That is my fault, however, please take this review to heart, spend a bit more money, and DO NOT take the risk of hiring this company. Turns out, and I didn't know/read the fine print, the company I chose outsourced my move to this moving company. They were American Discount Movers. I will be posting the same review on their site too. Do not put yourself in the stressful situation I have recently gone through.
