Do not use this company. They are a disgrace to the industry. Here is my experience with this company. I spoke to Ben, who called me a couple of times, after I had this vehicle listed to transport with another company. He tells me that the vehicle will not ship for quite sometime with this company because the bid is too low.
On 7/15/2014 he calls again and tells me the same thing. He tells me he has a driver in my area and can have this vehicle picked up on Thursday 7/17 or Friday 7/18 but the fee would be $1200. I said can you guarantee a driver by Friday he said yeah they have drivers in the area. Well Friday came and no driver, in fact no call from Premier at all, funny how they blow up your phone and email until you sign with them then you don’t hear a word.
I call Premier on Friday and ask for Ben. Ben is on his days off. I talk to some inbred who has a poor attitude (like I’m bothering him). I give him my information and tell him Ben guaranteed me the truck was to be picked up Friday. He tells me that Ben never said than (calling me a liar). I blow up use some profanity, I shouldn’t have done this and I have no excuse to treat him like that, don’t like being called a liar especially when inbred did not hear the conversation, and it is all down hill from there. This inbred says something along the line of well Friday is not over and if it doesn’t ship today we will work on it next week.
I hang up the phone and call back later to request a refund as per the contract. Talk to inbred again. When I tell him I am recording the conversation, he gets very defensive repeats what he told me, that he will process the refund and it will appear in 7-10 days and hangs up.
Admittedly, my use of profanity was not the right thing to do and did not help the situation. However, inbred’s attitude was not a good representative of this company. I don’t think this should be so difficult. When you say you are going to do something do it. If you can’t deliver contact the customer and explain why. Don’t take their money then have a give a crap attitude when the customer calls back for information.
