Awful Customer Service- Lied to and Car Never got Picked Up

To begin, I received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My car was supposed to be picked up on a Thursday. I called and emailed the company on Wednesday for some confirmation- no answer. I continued to call 3 different phone numbers over and over on Thursday. Still no answer. Finally, I got a hold of the owner, David. He told me he would call the carrier then call me right back. I never received a call back and he wouldn't pick up his phone after that. I called over 25 times that day. The carrier never came to pick up my car and I had NO CONTACT with the company! I sent 4 emails that day and none received a response.

I continued to call all day on Friday. Again, no one responded. The 24/7 hotline they promote is a total scam. No one answered that phone all day either.

It is now Saturday- two days after my scheduled pick up date. The company has not contacted me at all. I call all three numbers over and over until someone picks up. It took me three hours to get a hold of someone. I speak to a woman, Susan (David's wife) who tells me she will call the carrier then call me right back. 2 hours later, I finally receive a call saying that they can't contact the carrier because their office is closed. However, she assures me my car will be picked up later that afternoon because "That's what David told me, and David would never lie". At this time, I am furious (I had to cancel my flight on Saturday to be home for this). This woman does not provide any help or information when the carrier will pick up my car.

I call another car transportation company, and they tell me that my car is on "the board" and is #47 in line to be picked up (most likely wont be picked up for another week). He tells me the owners of Get It Done lied to me about my car getting picked up.

I tried to call Get it Done back to cancel my transaction. No one would answer. I ended up calling my credit card company to cancel the deposit.

The carrier never came. Get It Done Transportation provided the worst customer service I've ever experienced. On top of that, they LIED to me. My car was never picked up during the time they confirmed. Awful, awful service.

1st we want to apologize to Taryn for any inconvenience or miss communication. Taryn, car was dispatched to the carrier, all the carrier info, insurance and motor carrier license was sent to her showing this. The carrier was delayed in picking up the vehicle due to mechanical issues, HIS communication during the process was not good at all. I sent Tayrn copies of the emails and texts of me pleading with the carrier to give me a update, w. no reply. We have used this carrier many times without issue; we are embarrassed by this and will NOT use this carrier moving forward. Please go through our Plus 600 5 stars reviews and you will see this is not how our clients are treated. We have less then 1% unhappy clients because we go above and beyond for each one.
