I contacted Auto Star based on a referral from a friend who had used them. I spoke with Emel who gave me an immediate quote on the phone and called me back within an hour to let me know that they had a driver who could pick my vehicle up within a day or two. He was able to tell me that the driver had been with them for over 7 years and the type of truck he used. He also was able to tell me that this driver had no damage reports in the 7 years. I agreed to the price and within 20 minutes Emel had emailed all the driver's contact information, insurance information and receipt. He also called me back to make sure I had received all the information and assured me if I had any problems to call him personally and he would handle it. I received an email from the driver with the estimated deliver time. He called about 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was almost at delivery location. I would recommend and use this company again. Thanks Emel you were great!! Kim
