When the time came to transport my newly acquired vintage 1966 Ford Bronco SUV, I spared no sweat in actually looking for an auto transport company that had both the track record, and a truly courteous customer care service to handle the move without a glitch.
After going through the reviews of dozens of auto transport companies, I settled for American Auto Transport. The multiple positive reviews helped my choice (I figured it’s simply not possible in business to have 100% positive reviews), as they echoed the two principal qualities I was looking for the auto transport company that’d be my choice.
After making my choice, I went on to contact the company, and my salesperson was Matthew Santinello. From his detailed response and acute listening skills, I knew right off the bat that I’d only started to enjoy the best of AAT’s renowned excellence. Matthew listened meticulously to my concerns, assured me of exceptional handling and gave me my quote.
$1445 for transporting my priced vintage SUV was a good bargain, and I wasted no time in making sure I got my side of the arrangement taken care of. With this vital part done, then came the waiting part. It didn’t feel like a long wait though, as the upheaval was cushioned by the timely updates I received from Mr. Matthew. It felt great that someone other than myself thought of my car as importantly as I did.
Soon the wait was over as the car arrived timely and most importantly in good condition. I have AAT and Matthew to thank for the ease and associated cozy experience during the move. As a side-note, I think Matthew deserves a plaque considering how easily contemptible customer service could have ruined my experience.
I’m so satisfied that I look forward to the next time I have to use AAT again. In the meantime, I’d be blowing their trumpet whenever my opinion- on the preferable choice of an auto transport company- is called upon by friends and family.
