Overall was good experience compare to the horror stories I heard from friends in this regard! It was really door to door service which was great. The only thing that made me not to give excellent was that, went the pick up window period started, they started to call me and gave me different higher price offers?! First 200 $ more and then second call back with another offer for 100 $ more than what we had contract. I was not sure how it was going to end and should I take those offers or wait till I get to the price that was in contract. Of course the down side was that you may lose you chance and get stuck with your car if you keep declining the offers. Anyway I accepted the second offer which was 100 $ more than what was in contract.

I apologize for the increase, however in this industry the rates can fluctuate a bit due to fuel charges or locations for the particular carrier we are working with. We do not force you to take the offers, however the reason we provide the offers the drivers throw at us is being if you have a small window for pick up we don't want to miss that chance being we are not just open to any date. I am happy to hear everything else went great. Thank you again.
