Don't waste your time

Lost two weeks of leadtime that I could have been contracting with a company that would actually move my car.
Once I canceled, I received an email that my full refund would be made to my account in about a week. Had to follow up multiple times and finally got the refund after 3.5 weeks.
Even before I canceled, had a poor experience - Called to check in on the status during the waiting period and was told they would call me back the next day (Saturday). Come to find out they are not open on Saturdays and never called me back - had to call them again myself.
Rude customer service when asking them to explain what was taking so long and why they had not picked up my car two weeks into the waiting period when they had said it would take 1-7 days. I wanted them to adjust the strategy to get to the end goal, to ship my car. Learn from my mistakes. Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your time. Best decision I made was to cancel with them and find another service.
