This company is probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever interacted with. I have never put any reviews about a company in the past, but I felt so strongly about this bad experience that I really felt the needed to. The people I interacted with were initially very nice and convincing until they received my deposit for the transport. Once they had the deposit it was downhill from there in terms of customer service. They offered me a driver that was hundreds over what they had quoted me and I was not able to pay that much more as a college student, so I requested that they keep looking for a price closer to their quoted price. When they felt they did not want to keep looking for drivers, one representative literally told me “I do not want to transport this car, I WILL not do it” and said that she will give me a refund back in 5-7 days and hung up on me. This not only delayed my whole move because I was counting on this company to transport my car, but I also had to start all over and find another company to ship my car within a shorter period of time due to the late notice. I still have not received my refund almost 2 months later and when I called to ask about it, the other representative/owner insincerely apologized for the blatantly bad customer service but insisted that I will not get my deposit back due to them “doing their job” by finding a driver for me (even though it was hundreds more than their initial quote). As a college student, this really hurt me financially and I would not want anyone else to go through this experience. So therefore I strong do not recommend this company.

Ms. Hendal Berry was quoted at $1195.00 not $1095.00 truth be told. We have a signed contract. She was dispatched with 2 drivers in less than 4 days that was asking for $50.00 more. She refused the service both times. Then signed contract with 2 other companies FOR $14000.00 AND $1300.00. So basically she raised her own her price and ended paying more than $1245.00 and delayed her own shipment.
