Scammer- Do Not Use!!! - Doesn't honor prices or share booking fees

Dealership made arrangement for me to contract with Crossover's Ken Dalton who took the order and was paid $195 immediately on 7/1 for pickup on 7/8. Email receipt and contract said USATransport.co? Vehicle was not picked up on 7/8 and then the fun began with Frank the dispatcher. Could not give any actual date for pickup since he did not actually have a transport company to take the vehicle at the contracted price. At one point he threatened to cancel the contract and then denied it. Finally, a transport company called who had picked up the order at a much higher price from yet another broker. Fortunately, for me and no thanks to Frank, the company made arrangements with the dealership so I received the vehicle on 7/22 at the contracted price. While the vehicle was enroute, Frank objected to the word "fraud" and threatened to have the vehicle dropped off where ever it was at that point at my expense. Frank also promised to forward my request for a refund of the $195 which was not disclosed to the transporter. He claims only to be the dispatcher, but that is an understatement. He promised to take it to "management" for consideration when they return from vacation at the end of the month. I'll see flying donkeys first! Fortunately due to an honest transport company and dealership, I received my vehicle in great shape 2.5 days after pickup. See other reviews below for Frank and his companies.
