I needed 2 company vehicles transported across state lines to another office. Our original pick up date was scheduled for Monday. I called the carrier and was told it would be pushed back to Tuesday. By Wednesday, we found out that the carrier broke down on the way to our location.
The broker immediately found another carrier who was available for a Friday pickup and to drop off on Monday. Since we had time, we were able to be flexible. It was frustrating that the original carrier did not come through, but Matt was very helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciate his hard work in getting our cars delivered.
