My husband was discharged from the military and we needed our truck shipped from WA to FL. Before I went to shipyourcarnow.com I had gone thru 3 other brokers/carriers and by the weekend before we needed our truck shipped no one had been in contact with us. I started to panic and doing research to find more people and came across these guys. I called at 4:03 on a friday and Jay had just shut down his computer but I told him what was going on and he stayed late to help me out. He told me I could call him on his cell phone any time day or night if I had any questioins. He was VERY patient with me as I was in panic mode and was totally lost. Monday morning I was his first priority and he got me a trucker and our truck was picked up 2 days later! I will ALWAYS go to him first if I need a vehicle shipped and will most certainly recommend them to anyone needing a transport! I can't thank him enough for all his help!
THe trucker they used was nice, funny and understanding! They got our truck here a day early and two hours earlier then expected. They apologized profusely for waking us up at 0700 especially the day after I had a major surgery.
