The driver picked up our car from my very elderly parents in Florida, and helped my folks go through the car to make sure they got all their property. He was unflaggingly polite throughout. He was also very obliging and easy to communicate with. We changed the drop-off location, and the driver and company were able to accommodate us without a problem. We texted the driver the new location; he confirmed by text; he let us know by text when he'd arrive.
