Mr. Ruben, from ship your car now help me through the entire process, it was my first time so to be honest I was a little nervous I didn't know what to spect. But Mr. Ruben with his knowledge and professionalism made this experience painless. My car was pick up on time on Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm just like they promise and Mr. Ruben promise me I would have my vehicle by late Sunday afternoon. I call the driver on Friday around 1pm in he gave me an update on my car than around 7pm same day, he call me to let me know that it may be possible for him to be a day earlier, of course depending on traffict and weather condition during the rest of the night. My biggest surprise was when he call me around 1:45pm the next day and ask me if I was home? After I say yes, he ask please not to go anywhere because he was only about an hour from my house. Ecxactly at 3:05pm on Saturday afternoon he pull up in front of my building with my car. I was standing in front of my building in manhattan speechless I didn't believe my car was right in front of me. Not only a day earlier but most importantly the vehicle was in perfect condition with dusk but that's normal is been seating on the back of the truck the entire trip. After I took the car to the car wash I couldn't even find one single scratch. Overall Mr. Ruben and ship your car now made my first experience a pleasant one I would definitely use them again and without a doubt I would recommend this company to anybody the have the needs for this type of service. Special thank you to the driver for taking care of my car and bring him to me so fast.... you are definitely the best Sir...... Thank you
