What do I do if a customer's review is all lies!?

Challenge the customer.
We are not a heartless review board, but we are not able or willing to decide who is telling the truth and who is lying. Sending us documents or swearing they are lying will not allow us to remove a review. You should contact the person directly and share with them the fact that you believe their review to not be truthful. 

We are willing to send out an email to remind the poster that they are solely responsible for the content of their review and they are legally responsible for its content. 

We certainly don''t advocate pursuing the legal road against those who post reviews but we do want to let you know that under the Communications Decency Act (http://transportreviews.com/About/Legal.asp) the poster of the review is solely responsible for what they say and TransportReviews.com can not be held responsible. The reviewer is the only person that may request the removal of their review
