I recently bought two vehicles from the internet. I had free quotes on the auction site that were inaccurate due to a wrong description. I went on line and got 10 different quotes from one site and they were all over the place price wise. Bigger problem was they all went up on the "board" that everyone uses and the prices were all over the map. As a result no one wanted to ship my vehicle. Shayna called me and took the time to explain in detail what was going on and how to correct the problem. I had her pick up my car in Florida and deliver it to me in NY and she kept in touch all the way. Feedback was current and up to date.
