Had to pay extra for Driver's mess up

So the driver transporting our car apparently decided to use it as a secondary when dropping off other peoples cars. By itself no big deal, however the guy ran a toll booth so I got hit with a 60 dollar charge. We found out about this a month later, and called back our eship contact. Guy gave us a bunch of lip service about trying to get it taken care of, had me email him the documents, and three weeks later I still haven't heard back anything. If you aren't going to protect your customers from the stupid stuff the driver's do, then what use are you?
