They damaged my car and will not fix it. My car was transported by this carrier West Coast Auto Transport Service Inc. from Atlanta Georgia to Camas Washington. The car was a brand New BMW 428i convertible with 29 total miles on it. I purchased the BMW from Global Imports BMW which has a 4.5 star dealership rating. When I received the car on 6/12/16 I had issues with the headlights aiming down only about 10-15 feet in front of the car and dangerous to drive at night. I took the car into KUNI BMW believing that it was probably an adjustment of some kind and it turns out the car/sensors/components were damaged during the transport. KUNI BMW has given me a written statement that the damage to the car was caused by the vehicle not being properly transported. The technician at BMW said the vehicle should not have been secured by strapping the vehicle around the suspension which caused the damages. The damages total $899.95 and I've tried to work this out with the guys at West Coast Auto transport but they will not take accountability and pay for the damages they caused.
