I have requested the quote through online and got a prompt response. John called up and provided the details and clarified all the questions, after my approval he took the initial deposit through CC. After few min got e-mail confirmation and the driver contact details, then driver called me up and provided the pick-up time and came right on-time for the pick up, the delivery was prompt at the destination. While pick up it was raining, so driver couldn't take a look at all the scratches and dents, he mentioned the same in writing. The beast part is you can reach the driver anytime after shipping for knowing the status.
