I had the worst service and experience in my life. Dwayne Mclean (786-203-6856) is a crooked, cheating, rude individual and should NOT be trusted with your car. Not only does he ignore phone calls, but he will make inconsiderate demands and not follow through with the order that is placed. I contacted Affordable Auto Transportation to have my Jeep transported from NJ to FL. I was quoted one price, but after pick up, Dwayne decided to tack on a $75 fee that I had to pay or I would not be given my keys. Even after payment of this outrageous fee, he still was holding on to my keys. Trying to get in contact with Dwayne is near impossible, as he does not answer the phone when called and will only call when he's ready. He is very rude and will hang up on you. Not only that, when the car was dropped off, it wasn't delivered to the proper address, so I had to drive around looking for my car. I couldn't find it because he took my car off the carrier and was driving it through the city! The car carrier was nowhere near the drop off point (and it's an industrial area with plenty of access), actually I never even saw the carrier. You NEVER drive someone's car outside of putting it on or taking it off the carrier. This was so unprofessional and dangerous. I am so angry and upset with the treatment from Dwayne. If he is ever your driver, cancel and sign up with another company. Complete trash.

Thank you for taking out the time to review our company, and we are sorry for the inconvenience which had arise from that situation. After an in depth investigation, there was a discrepancy with the the items that were packed inside your vehicle. Our 9 car hauler have DOT guidelines that we must up hold in order to ensure safety to our drivers and patrons that share the road with us. We also have weight stations that we go through and DOT can issue citations due to weight restrictions. Unfortunately that's where the $75 fee came in, due to you having boxes in your car weighting over 100lb. We carry a disclaimer on every bill of lading that you signed stating that we have the right to charge you for items stored in your car weighing 100lbs or more. We also spoke to your father when your vehicle was picked up and before we agreed to transport your vehicle we gave your father the option to removed the items from your car or pay the fee which he agreed to. Furthermore some road restrictions prohibit us from driving the 9 car hauler down the roads, so our driver must unload your vehicle on a open area and drive it to you as close as possible. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority along with safety. Thanks again for time!
