Jason Pfeiffer, never answered the phone when called and blamed poor service in the area he was in, advised on PU date for truck and then used Houston flooding as excuse why truck was a now show. Never attempted to communicate except by saying maybe tomorrow which turned into 4 days finally on Friday he answered the phone after I used *67 so the number was an incoming anonymous number. He answered and made more excuses. Unfortunately I trusted that he was a man of his word and gave him my credit card number and 3 digit code. Never again will I deal with this fly by night company. He claimed to be a retired law enforcement officer, now I'm wondering if that was true. SHADY!!!
