When I 1st started shopping quotes I was getting frustrated. I never felt like folks were being honest and upfront. Bill made the whole experience less stressful. He even called seller of the vehicle I purchased to coordinate the pickup because of a miscommunication between myself and the seller. Unfortunately looks like this vehicle is going back to the seller though cause the vehicle was NOT what was advertised but its OK. I'll have Bill handle that return shipment for me too.
