Quoted a price and charged $150 extra by driver (and told to pay by Albert and he would credit) - Credit never happened.

Sadly I recently relocated to live with my daughter after the passing of my husband. I was quoted a price of $950 ($150 to Sun Auto and $800) to driver. Driver required cash and against my better judgment I did it. When I got to pick up point, the driver IN JT Truck lines would not release my car without an additional $150. I called Albert who was apologetic and said just pay it and I'll credit your credit card.

It has been 5 days. No credit has been posted and I can not get a return call or email from Albert. I am so disappointed that when I've lost so much that I would be taken advantage of.
