Victor C was very good in taking care of things like getting the order, contacting the carrier and keeping me posted whenever there were any delays about pickup date. The best way to reach him is text message instead of phone call which mostly goes to voice mail. Once he calls you, then you can be rest assured that thing are in safe hands.
