Timing of pick up and delivery

I requested a quote 3 montths before my pick up date. I was given the name of my carrier 3 days before we flew to Florida. The carrier's truck broke down. We left our car with a neighbor and went through another 2 carries. The third carrier delivered our vehicle 6 days after we arrived in Florida.
Ship a car direct credited our account $50 due to all the problems.

Thank you for giving us a good amount of lead time however carrier assignment usually come closer to the actual move day. Unfortunately, in this case, the first carrier assigned to you broke down, and we needed to find a new carrier to ship your car. Thank you for giving us a chance to at least make it right and thank you for sharing your feedback.
