I needed to ship my '06 Corolla across the country for my daughter could use for college.
I was very satisfied with Ship a car Direct. They connected with MK Transportation Inc. After taken for a ride with another transportation company. which they charged me over the amount that was agreed upon. They had given me a date and day for pick up, that came with a twelve hour time window. On the date of which they were suppose to pick up my car. They never called nor showed up. Even after I had placed multiple calls, and they said that the driver was on his way and that they would call me with updated ETA. Well that never happened.
Ship a car Direct was very professional in their responses via e mails. Sending me multiple e mails in keeping me in the loop of what was going on. And once they assigned me with MK Transportation Inc. Erick sent me, " if he could be any help" e mail. He also gave me the number of the driver. I was in contact with Paul the driver of MK Transportation Inc. and he was very professional. He said he would give estimated ETA, but no promises. And with an two hour window for pick up.
Well his estimated time for pick up was right on time. His estimated delivery was off one day. But he kept me updated and even though it was a day later, he still shipped my car from So. CA to Caldwell NJ. in five days. when other companies gave seven to ten days for the same transport.
Very satisfied and happy with Ship a car Direct as well with Paul from MK Transportation Inc.
