The process through Ship-a-car-direct was very professional. The communication from the broker and transport driver was excellent. It took only two days from the initial contact with Ship-a-car to the vehicle pick up. I had waited over 2 weeks with a different broker and hadn't been contacted by a driver. I am very satisfied with the whole car shipping process through Ship-a-car-direct and the transport carrier, Delton Logistics.
