Eric was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He also responded promptly to all of my inquiries.We had never shipped a car before so we had no clue how it all worked. I felt very comfortable working with Eric. The pickup of the car was a little frustrating. We got a call the day before the scheduled pickup saying that the pickup would be a day or two late because a truck broke down. It all seemed very uncertain as to exactly when the pickup would be. There were several calls the next day and the following day when the driver then gave us a set time that evening. We were not available to meet him until a few hours later and he was very accommodating and agreed to the time we stated that we were available. The actual pickup and the delivery went fine.Car was in good shape when delivered.
