WHAT A FIASCO!!!!!!!

Where do I begin? My first contact was Stephan and he was my broker that only initiated contact when trying to obtain my business, after that it was up to me to get updates regarding the pickup of my vehicles. I informed him I needed my vehicles to arrive in Florida on September the 9th. Days came and went and no Communication, I had to call him. No response, so I called the 800 number spoke to CS Rep and was told it had gone to dispatch. No further communication so I had to call Stephan, again no response. This time when I called the 800 number I spoke with his partner Max and he passed on the message to Stephan. Then I had to leave Tennessee for Florida and that meant I had to leave my cars with my mother because vehicles still hadn't been pickup. While in transit I received and email conformation stating the cars would be pickup around September the 9th and I would get a $75 refund for my inconvenience. The End with that part.

Next the dispatcher Ray, he was very nice and kept me informed until the driver pickup the vehicles. And the driver was also very nice, but everything that could go wrong did go wrong. He had a flat and brake issues and various customer issues that caused delays. I finally received my vehicles Sept 11th at 10:30pm.

And because this was a you know what from start to finish I had to rent a car for 3 days. So as I stated WHAT A FIASCO
