I chose Ship a Car Direct because they had a 5 star rating with consumer affairs and an A+ with BBB. I felt if things went wrong that they would address the problem. Well they sure did! My car sat for 5 days before being picked up and when they did find a carrier, the carrier wanted $50.00 more. I was not too happy about that because I thought I shouldn't have to pay extra for my car having to sit for beyond their normal window. Stephan went the extra mile for me and got approval to have Ship A Car Direct absorb that extra cost. It was promptly credited to my credit card. Ship A Car Direct had excellent communication all along the way and their videos were very informative on what to expect in the process of shipping your car. I would definitely recommend them for shipping your car. Thanks so much for your great customer service!
